All pick up  and  drop off in the city and airport are free from charge. Except pick up and drop off between 5 pm - 7 am.

• We still receiving a lot of complains about car conditions in Principe island | We can not control which car you will receive. Even so, if you decide to proceed with reservation. if the car you receive are not in condition, we recomend to contact imeadiatly to our office. If refund is necessary we will do it.
• Road conditions and double insularity make car maintenance an extremely challenging task.

 For this reason, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience to our customers.

IMPORTANT: 

• Once the purchase is made, indicate us in the observations field, where you prefer to pick up your car. The Hotel or house name  in case that is not at airport
• You can use any Valid Driver License in São Tomé and Principe
• Internal condition of car can vary a lot in Principe island
